ISO a female roommate for May 1st move in, in Bushwick/Ocean Hill $1339/month for a spacious & sunny ground floor 1 bedroom with a private entrance & half bathroom, high ceilings, open living space, & private backyard access. Utilities are not included but range between $80-150/month (ConEd). Wifi is an additional $30/month. Ideally we would like someone who is considerate, respectful & able to communicate maturely on household related issues if they should arise. I work from home M-F, occasionally go into the office on Mondays & my other roommate works in the city so isn't home as much. We don't do any parties or loud company past midnight, 420 friendly (incense is encouraged, just be mindful of fire hazards), & would appreciate someone who cleans up after themselves. We take turns deep cleaning the shared areas, but tidying up after each use is encouraged. We're pretty laid back for the most part, appreciate our own space but are also open to hangouts/chats when we're not too busy. When I'm free I mostly like to spend my time outdoors, making art, going out with friends, at the gym, relaxing in my room watching tv/playing video games - I'm also open to including you in my activities if we vibe!
