- Clean, communicative, considerate of shared spaces; willing to contribute to household responsibilities split equally among roommates
- Interested in being a part of a friendly, long-term living situation; we try to hang out together and get dinner, see a movie, etc about once a month so would love someone who’s open to that!

About Your Future Roommates:
Ash (27): recent NYC transplant from Austin, TX! Works from home in tech. Current joys include cooking, yoga, and local political organizing (looking for a canvassing buddy!)
Liv (24): also a recent NYC transplant, but from New Jersey (NYer by proxy?)! Works remotely as a copywriter in advertising/branding. Hobbies/Interests are traveling, anime, photography, dancing salsa, and exploring the city!
Rav (21): Bronx native who recently moved back to the city to explore the wonders of Brooklyn! I currently work as a café attendant in the UWS. My hobbies/interests include DJing (very Bushwick of me lol), art, fashion, reading, and trying new restaurants/food joints around the city (big foodie!)

Landlord Requirements
- Must pass a background check and provide proof of income (30x rent or a guarantor)
- $1,200 security deposit
