We work full time, only home in the evening and morning. Pets are allowed but need to be discussed and approved, and cleanliness is a big thing. No alcohol or substances allowed, that's a personal preference of mine but your welcome to drink out just don't be disruptive. Smoking isn't allowed inside if you must do it do it outside, vapes are allowed cause it doesn't affect my health like cigarettes.
