The room is west-facing with nice lighting. The apartment is clean and comfortable with large windows and a front stoop and lawn. There is a shared bathroom with a standing-only shower and a separate tub. I'm a respectful, tidy, friendly person and am looking for a roommate who is trustworthy, clean, and friendly.
