Size: 12’6” x 17’8” with door (no lock)
Convertible XL bed (6’ 8.5” x 34 inches), large desk/dining table, floor lamp, hanger rack
You can use my queen air mattress
Bed sheets for either the Convertible XL Twin bed or air mattress are available if needed
Plant, a lamp, chairs, TV on the photo may be moved before your move-in

🛋️ Shared Space & Expectations:
Shoes off in all areas
Shared kitchen & bath (shower + tub, no dishwasher)
Use of non-food items in the kitchen allowed (except espresso machine); French press available
Clean after cooking/eating
Biweekly room & bath cleaning required (tools provided)

High-speed WiFi & all utilities included
Window A/C powerful and versatile

🏢 Building Rules:
No bikes in the apartment or elevator
Laundry is in the basement. You download an app to pay.

UWS near Central Park, Hudson River, Trader Joe’s, Fairway, H-Mart, Levain, Tiki Chick, Shake Shack
Subway: 1 train (W 79 St) & B/C trains (W 81 St) nearby

📅 Terms:
$2,100/month — Includes all utilities & furnishings
$2,100 refundable security deposit after move-out inspection
Security deposit required to claim the room.
Pay the rent 2 days prior to the move-in date.
E-mail receipt will be provided.
Rent is due every 31 days from the move-in date.
Rent payment via Zelle, Venmo, or money order (if no U.S. bank account) via Walmart or USPS.
1-month minimum stay
Month-to-month lease with flexible move-out — just provide 30 days’ notice.

No smoking, guests, pets, or pests
Who is not at home much is prefererd.
Quiet hours: 10pm–6am
