Bedroom 2 ($1,550/mo): The third roommate would have an 11x12 ft bedroom with fire escape access. Both rooms have a shared bathroom and a tall closet with storage cubbies within each bedroom. Roommates would enter a flexible term sublease through me and present the first month’s rent, as well as a $390 security deposit for move-in. Utilities are not included in the monthly rent.
