The neighborhood is nice. Rather quiet. The unit is a large three bedroom of which I am looking to fill two rooms. One room is the largest room, and the other is the smallest room. I occupy the medium sized room. We have in unit laundry. With a large living room and dining area and good sized kitchen. The super and landlord are attentive and timely to any issues we have had. I do have a small dog and cat.
