Roommate usually heads out to work around 8:30am and is out until mid afternoon. I've been working from home so that timing has worked out well! Evenings are quiet with tv and video games or reading. Cooking happens a lot and the kitchen is already well stocked with the roommate's supplies. She is very generous with sharing as long as everything is communicated and handled respectfully.
