My partner and I have an extra room we’re looking to rent in downtown Jersey City, just an 7 min walk from the Grove St Path Station. We’re looking for an easy-going chill roommate who is clean and respectful. Preference for LGBTQ folks and allies. There is a bit flexibility with the start and end dates and rent would be prorated accordingly. No pets/couples/indoor smoking.
