Hello all! I live in an awesome, bright, and quiet EV apartment (Ave A and 4th Street Intersection). It faces a lovely rear courtyard and is a 5th floor walk-up. Your room is 130 square feet and has a window that faces the building interior. Your room will be furnished with a queen bed, tv, and table. A little about me: Originally from Los Angeles, I taught special education in DC for 4 and then attended The University of Chicago for my MBA. I now work at a start-up. My office is my room so I'm home most of the time, but usually just in my room. I'm a friendly, clean, very chill, and extroverted introvert (like socializing, but like my quiet in the apartment). I identify as gay. What I'm looking for: I am looking for someone who is LGBT-friendly, clean, chill, and not too loud at home. I like my calm at home and value clean common spaces; important to keep the kitchen and bathroom clean. You should be looking for a place longer than 6 months and have a stable job that can make payments on time. If you also have a significant other over or bring the party home all the time, this place probably isn't for you. "Overnight guests" once in a while is okay with me. I have a dog: I also have a 2-year-old dog who is super friendly, doesn't shed, and quiet. You must be dog-friendly! Feel free to contact me if you have any questions, and would like to schedule a time to chat and show you the place. Look forward to meeting you all! -Alan
