In the heart of East Village, this is a 4th floor walk up that is fully furnished. Your private room comes with a bed and AC unit and you’ll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with me. This is a non-smoking unit and unfortunately, not pet friendly as I am allergic to pet dander. One thing to note: the toilet is in the hallway but not shared with other units as it has a lock.
