We have one bedroom available DECEMBER 15th 2024 in our gorgeous 5 bedroom, 2 bath apartment on the best corner in Fort Greene. A 2nd level, entire floor apartment right above a corner bodega store and a brilliant Israeli restaurant. Right next to a café, a laundromat, a fantastic coffee shop, and across the street from a liquor store. And, to top it all off - one block from Fort Greene Park!!
In terms of transportation, its about a 10 minute walk to the B,Q and D at Dekalb; about 6 minutes to the C and G and there are no shortage of citibike docks close by.

We will share an enormous kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a fully furnished sun-drenched living room with high ceilings and a bay window that looks out across the road to a playground. Bring your plants! (And paintings!!)

About the Room:
The room looks inward into a light well and is lovely and cozy, possibly the quietest room in the apt and can comfortably fit a full size bed with a dresser, desk and bookshelves. It does have one large window, a huge closet and is approximately 9' x 12'.

Move in Date: DEC 15TH, 2024
The room would be a sublet and we're ideally looking for someone to commit to staying for at the minimum 6 months to a year.

About Us:

We are a group of creative professionals (architecture, finance, design) in their late 20's/early 30's (2 guys, 3 girls). One of the guys is moving out.
You will rarely see all 5 roommates in the apartment at once and while we do tend to keep to ourselves during the week thanks to hectic work schedules, we also enjoy seeing each other in the mornings and evenings and sometimes chilling together over the weekend.

Utilities and internet are split between all roommates (usually no more than $75 - although slightly higher in the summer months).
To move in - One month security deposit and first months rent (which will be prorated for December).
