Room available in centrally located building – Gramercy / East Village / Stuytown area. It's a full floor apartment so there are no issues with noisy neighbors. I work hybrid, and travel often. Apartment is furnished but if you have your own furniture, no problem. Building is surrounded by great bagel options, close to the L train, the river (if you like to run, use the ferry, etc), and 10-15m walk to Union Square/T
