The apartment is in a great location in Greenpoint, in between Franklin and Manhattan, and about a 5 min walk to the G and a 12-15 min walk to the L. I’ve been living here for 6 years and my roommate 5 years, so clearly no complaints! The roommate who is leaving is moving abroad and you can purchase her furniture if you need.
