The unit is located above local businesses, so renter should be comfortable climbing stairs. The condo itself is on two floors (bedrooms downstairs, kitchen and living room upstairs) so there are more stairs once you get into the place. :-) The apartment has almost no storage, so you will have to store your belongings in the room.
