One of our roommates is moving out at the end of our lease that ends on 11/30 so we’re looking for a roommate to fill his room and sign a new 1-year lease with us. The room will be available on November 17th since the roommate is leaving early. The room is in a large 3 bed flex, 2 bath in a luxury doorman building with amenities - 24hr doorman, gym, elevators, roof deck, clubhouse, outside gardens and 2 laundry rooms
