The application process comes with terms and conditions: The cost is $100, which includes $50 for a background check and $50 for the application form. $80 of this fee is refundable if you decide not to proceed. You don’t need to pay until you receive an email confirming you qualify to rent the studio. If you don’t qualify, you won’t be required to pay anything.
