New everything popping up all around the neighborhood. Two new groceries on the block, gym, dunkin, pizza, shake shack, Nathan’s hot chicken, chipotle, McD’s, Peruvian coffee, Jamaican, Indian, west African on our block alone :) Bars same deal.
