There are three here currently. One government worker, one hairstylist, and one pastry chef. We are all on the earlier side of things, and enjoy each others company. Sometimes we have friends over for dinner on the back deck or in the backyard. It is a very queer household. The room has a murphy bed that folds up into a desk if you have to WFH.

We have been here two years and have found it to be very quiet, aside from the far off sirens... it's NY. There are two laundrymats, I suggest the one on Fulton. Also a grocery store five walking minutes away. Multiple cafes, bakeries, and bodegas. There is Saratoga Park about 15 minutes away. The apartment is located two minutes from the Rockaway C train, and a ten minute walk to Broadway Junction. The B25 goes right down Fulton and is pretty reliable The front of the building faces South, and the neighbors are really lovely.
