My room that I'm subleasing has a private bathroom inside, and beautiful big windows to let in a lot of sunlight. The trains nearby are the 2,3,4 and 5 trains. You would be rooming with a good friend of mine. She's very clean and respectful and usually keeps to herself. She works Monday-Friday 9-5, so you'll most likely see her during the evenings.
