We are looking for a third female roommate to take over the FLEX bedroom in a luxury high-rise 2BD/2BA flex apartment in the heart of Long Island City. We are in a great location just 5 minutes away from the E, G, 7, N, and R trains, a grocery store right next door, and 8 minutes away from Trader Joe’s :)
Amenities are included in the price and comes with a doorman, a beautifully renovated 2 floor gym, a squash/basketball court, a yoga studio, a lounge with a screening room and billiards table, in unit washer/dryer, and a rooftop overlooking Manhattan. The price is $1,781.72/month (water included, current wifi/electricity around $70/month).
Your bedroom will be 12’ by 16’ and includes a double door closet and your own AC units.
You will be living with two wonderful ladies in their late 20s who work in tech and finance. Here are the requirements for the third roommate:
-Must be a female
-Must have a stable income and can prove that they make 45x their portion of the rent
-Must be clean and keep all common areas clean (as well as the bathroom that you will share with the person living in smaller 2nd bedroom)
-Must be respectful
Available: November 2024 - June 2025
Monthly Rent: $1781.82
Security Deposit: $1679.06
Electricity/Internet utilities are not included.
