1500 st ft house, 3rd bedroom is an office (that can also be shared). Room for rent is 11x10, has 2 windows, a closet, and a private bathroom across the hall. All bedrooms are on the second floor. 2 car, attached garage, renter would have use of second space. First floor is living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry. I have 3 cats, I work a lot, and I'm fairly boring overall.
