The private room is fully furnished with bed, closet, table, chair(even has a TV!). The kitchen, dining and living spaces are shared with two other female roommates. There’s a big balcony and porch, excellent for views. Utilities are shared with two other people, but the rent includes wifi. Parking space is available. Roommates are friendly and chill. Just be clean and respectful :)
