Single family home. 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom. I have a big dog that can not have any other pets. He is the friendliest Dog. My kid is going away to college so one room can be used for storage. The other two rooms have a bed in it. Can be removed. There is a full bathroom for those rooms to share. However if you want your own bathroom then rent is a little higher.
