Hey everyone! My roommate and I are looking for another personto be added to our lease starting at or around December 1st since one of our roommates is leaving! We have a balcony, in-unit laundry, washing machine and a great cat (no other pets at this time sorry!) The room itself: 8 x 12 feet with a ceiling height of 9' and can comfortably fit a full size bed and desk. Utilities: $120-$160 depending on heat usage I
