Nice pool home in Orangecrest Riverside. 1 room is $1000. I have a disabled man renting the other bedroom. Share bath with him. It's hot in the summer but I have a pool. Super nice. We don't heat it due to SoCal Gas prices! In the summer its delightful. We also have a jacuzzi, both are in-ground. I have two very lovable dogs. Will consider your pet(s). We all share the chores to the extent we are able. L
