Yours is the master bedroom with A/C mine is the other room it is a shared bathroom but I respect privacy and space I expect the same from my renter. The kitchen is spacious as is the living room. Hoping for a professional that has more to do than sit at home binge watching in the shared spaces for ten hours at a time. If that is you it won’t vibe in this living situation.
