Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my roommate's spot in a well-located SoHo apartment starting September 1st for a 12-month lease through August 31st.

I'm looking for someone clean (no dishes in the sink), respectful of shared spaces, communicative, easy-going, and LGBTQ+ friendly.

About Me: I'm Tyler, 27 years old, and I'm a Producer who works in tech/media. My schedule is mostly in-person, but it is constantly changing, so I'm looking for someone who also works in person. As of right now, I work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday in person from 5:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., and Wednesdays are optional in person. This changes often, so I'll be sure to update you when it does. I'm an avid runner training for the Chicago Marathon in the fall, and I love spending my time trying New York's newest restaurant or bakery and hanging out with friends. I also split my time between the apartment and my partner's, so I won't be home every night.

As a roommate, I'm clean and quiet and generally keep to myself since there isn't a designated shared space in the apartment. I'm big on cleanliness and hope to find someone who is too!
