Looking for someone to sublet my room in a 3 bed in Williamsburg. Nice building, with a gym, courtyard, roof, electronic doorman and mail room. The two other guys are both in mid to late twenties. We like to keep the place pretty clean. They enjoy playing/watching sports and going out.
