Roommate wanted to share condo space. You will have your own room and bathroom unless family comes to visit, then you'll need to share for the short timeframe that they are here. You'll have your own parking spot as well. We have a pool, tennis court and pug house. The Condo complex is really nice and five minutes away from all amenities, five minutes away from the college and fifteen minutes away from the beach
