The room is very spacious (you won't find anything quite as large for the price, promise!) and you have the fire escape access. Your room is on the total opposite end as mine so we both have privacy. 4th floor walk up. A supermarket right across the street, laundry mat on the same block. Safe neighborhood with tons of great restaurants and bars within walking distance.
