I love this apartment and I've been here for 2 years! My current roommate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to replace him. The building itself is smaller and therefore very peaceful, it has 8 units in total. There is in-building laundry, industrial style washing and drying machines that cost 3 USD to use.
