Hello! I am subletting my room in my 2bedroom, 2bathroom apartment in 263 Franklin Ave in Brooklyn from May 31 to July 31st (I am somewhat flexible with the start date). The apartment is fully furnished, it has a dishwasher, laundry and storage space in building, a big rooftop, trash-room and a big balcony. Wifi and ConEdison bills would be split with my current roommate, a Pratt student, and rent is 1635 per person
