Wonderful big 20 foot ceilings in the living room. Has an in unit laundry unit in the basement. Great big kitchen with marble counters, humongous balcony that's 32 feet by 5 feet wide. It's a great spot especially for the price and location since it is in the middle of everything! You can make it to Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan in 40 min, and up to Willamsburg in 25 min.
