I’m looking for someone to sublet my larger bedroom (approx. 12x10) in a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment located in East Harlem. The sublet would start mid to late September/early October and run through 12/31 with the option to join the lease renewal starting 1/1. The lease renewal is expected in August, and I’ll have 60 days to sign once I receive it, so I’m only considering someone interested in signing onto the lease
